Uh~ IN,SHED BUSINESS The following ordinance, which had been placed on first ~reading August 24th, was taken up and read: AN ORDINANOE PROHIBITING THE INTERFERENCE BY THE kq~kq~ERS OF T~ 0ITY 00UNOIL WITH THE APPOINTEES OF THE 0!TY MANAGER. Nm. Stewsmt moved that the ordinance be adopted. ~? Mayo moved that it~be tab!ed. The motion by Mr. ~ayo was lost. . M~v. ~pi~ moved th~_t the word "0ity be inserted before the word ,business" in the 5th kine of the ordinance. The amendment was adopted. Then M~v. ~hite moved that the ordinance be &dopted as ~mended. S~irley Hope, State Game ~arden, that a dog pound be built at the Incinerator, as the pomnd he had built was torn down by t~he 0lty when the new Incinerator was under construc-tion.
