<br />waterways ¢onmecting with H~mpton Roads should be deeply interested in this Convention a~d it
<br />is suggested that the Council n~me a delegate to attendlt~ Personally, I would like to go but
<br />it will be impossibme for me to do so~ on aeso%u~t.of the man~ things requiring my attention

<br />was traveling west on Oo%mty St. when he observed a motor cam moving eastward at an excessive

<br />when nea~ Ninth Ave.,~Er. E. D.: Wilkins, driving west~on County St. signaled with his hand for
<br />a left t~n into Seventh Ave. This required Officer Re,ere either to m~ke~ a quick smop or
<br />s~rike Mr. Wilkins' machine. Mr. Revere put on hms br~kes ha~d which re~lted in overthrowing
<br />his machine and severely injuming one of his legs.
