<br />~iffin, Sr., James C. Hawks, James T. Martin, Cameron C.
<br />~, P. Ward Robinett, Jr., C. W. McCoy, Deputy City Manager
<br />:arge, George M. Willson, Acting City Attorney.

<br />95-339 The following call for the meeting was read:

<br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be
<br />in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801
<br />~ord Street, at 5:30 p.m., Monday, July 17, 1995, for the
<br />)se of a motion to go into an Executive Session.

<br />Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to amend
<br />· genda to include the appointment of the City Attorney, and
<br />· dopted by the following vote:

<br />Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to amend

<br />0 - Consideration of a motion to appoint G. Timothy Oksman

<br />oint G. Timothy Oksman as City Attorney of the City of
<br />tSmouth with a salary of $90,000.00 effective August 1,
<br /> Was adopted by the following vote:

<br />tsmouth with a salary of $7,000 per month, and was adopted by
