<br />that the Council reconsider its action in regard, to membership in the Exchange, which was held
<br />in-the name of the City Manager of Portsmouth.
<br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation of $50.00 be allowed for membership
<br />of the City Nanager in said Exchange.
