Si$oe the comi~ of the yellow cab servide the ~o 'choice positions, the one at the corner t~ one next thereto, have been seSt ap~t solely for ~he use of the yellow cab service and the ~era~ors o~ the other public c~s '~e not ~lowed to go on these two positlon~. The operators cZ these public c~s ~e citizens of 'portsmouth, ~vi~ their homes here, and ~yi~ taxes to the city on their property.
