t199, July 25, 1995 At a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, 25, 1995, there were present: Mayor Gloria O. Webb, Vice Mayor Johnny M. Clemons, Bernard Sr., J~unes C. Hawks, J~unes T. Martin, Cameron C. P. Ward Robinett, Jr., Ronald W. Massie, Acting City George M. Willson, Acting City Attorney. Vice Mayor Johnny Clemons opened the meeting with prayer was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and welcomed all in Motion of Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, to the minutes of a Called Meeting on July 10, 1995; a Meeting on July 10, 1995; a Called Meeting on July 11, ; and a Regular Meeting on July 11, 1995; and was approved by unanimous vote. / 95-3~6 - Presentation by J.
