<br />the appointment of the Ferry Oommittee and all m~tters concerning the regulation, management

<br />the Board of Supervisors as provided by law.
<br /> The Rules Committee hereby calls the Oouncil's attention to the fact that the local
<br />ferries are being operated by a Committee of the Council, but in conformity with the resolution
