August 8, 1995 95-378 ~ Letter from the Acting City Manager recommending adoDtlon of a moti6n to transfer $25,000 from the Grants Contingency Account to hare a planner to administer the City's EnVironmental Program. "The Planning Department has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department to cover the costs of hiring a planner to administer/implement the provisions of ~he Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. The grant will be at~h~d w~th $25,000 of ~n-k~nd services provided by the Plarin~ng Staff and a salary supplement of $4,400. I recommend approval of a motion transferring $25,000 from the Grants Contingency Account." Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to transfer $25,000 from the Grants Contingency Account for a plan~er to administer the City's Environmental Program, and was adopted by the following vote: !
