<br />floating debt and carried as an item of capital expenditure, and

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said purchase price be aamottized over a period of years
<br />no~ greater than 80% of a fair estimate of the equipment's life and usefulness, and that from
<br />each succeeding annual budget the amortized anmual amount be appropriated aud applied to the
<br />so-called floating debt untit such debt has been fmlly~re-imbursed."
