Adoption of an ordinance appropriating $4,338,000 as followings: $2,314,000 <br />from 2002 Community Development Block Grant funds; $300,000 from Community <br />Development Program Income; $512,000 from reprogramming of prior year CDBG <br />funds; $79,000 from the Emergency Shelter Grant Program; $1,033,000 from 2002 <br />Home Program funds; and $100,000 from 2002 Home Program Income. <br /> <br />These actions will authorize the City Manager to make application to the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development for our Consolidated Plan funds, <br />and continue our high priority activities in support of the City's Vision 2005 Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />· Adoption of several resolutions and an appropriation ordinance to approve the 2003 <br />Community Development Program. <br /> <br /> a. Adoption of a resolution approving proposed Amendment No. 12 to the Park <br />View Plan. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of a resolution approving proposed Amendment No. 3 to the West Park <br />View Plan. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of a resolution approving proposed Amendment No. 5 to the Shea <br />Terrace Plan. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of a resolution approving proposed Amendment No. 33 to the Crawford <br />Plan. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of a resolution approving the 2003 Action Plan. <br /> <br /> f.
