Hathaway is the owner <br />of lots 182 and 183 on the plat of Port Norfolk and that he nor Frances B. Jacobs never owned <br />let number 184 on said plat,rand that said lot 185 is erroneously assessed along with lots <br />182 and 183 for the sum of $o00.00 in the nsme of Franehes B. Jacobs for the years 1921, 1922, <br />1923, 1924, 192~, 1926~ and.1921 and that said lot 184 is properly assessed for the years 1921, <br />1922, 1923, 1925, and 1925 zn the name of Nautico J. Greenwood and for the year 1926 in the <br />name of George L. Smith and for the year 1921 in the name of South Hill Manufacturing Oomp~ny, <br />it is ordered that J. S. Hathaway be relieved of the payment of all taxes on lot number 185 <br />plat of Port Norfolk and the assessment on lot 185 in the name of Frances B. Jacobs for the <br />years 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924,. 1925~ 1926 and 1927 is hereby declared erroneous and illegal, <br />~ud the assessment on lots 1~4--183 t85 Pont Norfolk, W.
