Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to defer <br />consllderat~on of UP-95-18 until the Public Hearing meeting on <br />October. 9, 1995, and was adopted by a vote of 5-1 (Clemons). <br />(f)i ~A-95-07 CODE AMENDMENT - An amendment to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, conditions for specific uses, to add a <br /> condition pertaining to the screening of open <br /> storage areas; and, to require a use permit for <br /> outside storage of construction materials. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Robinett, to <br /> con,cur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that <br /> CA-195-07 be approved. <br /> <br /> I !Substitute motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr, Pitts, <br />to ~fer consideration of CA-95-07 until the Public Hearing <br />meeitlng on October 9, 1995, and was adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br /> (g) ~A-95'10 CODE AMENDMENT - Proposal to amend the Zoning <br /> Ordinance to allow hospitals within the Commercial <br /> C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district with the <br /> issuance of a use permit. <br /> <br /> iMotion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to <br />con:~r with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that <br />CA-95-10 be approved on first reading, and was adopted by a <br />of ~70. <br /> <br /> (h) CP-95-05 COMPREHENSIVE PLAMA~DMENT - An amendment to the <br /> City of PortsmOuth Comprehensive Plan Technical <br /> Report, 1988, torevise' statistical information. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to def~ <br />consideration of CP-95-05 until the Public Hearing meeting on <br />November 13, 1995, and was adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />On ~tion meeting was adjourned at 9:17 p.m. <br /> <br /> Gloria O.
