September 12, 1995 *Mr. Robinett spoke on storage of commercial vehicles in residential neighborhoods. Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Hawks, to request the city administration to investigate the current ordinance as it relates to storage of commercial vehicles in residential neighborhoods, and make a recommendation for improvement, and was adopted by unanimous vote. *Mr. Clemons extended an invitation to the 5th Annual Umoja Festival. *Mr. Martin presented the report of the Development Code Committee. 95-425 - Receipt of other communications There were no other communications. 95-426 - Continued Non-Agenda Speakers 1. Louis Whitehead, Street Bridge and a Virginia. 4415 County Street, spoke on the Clifford carousel in the Children's Museum of Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Robinett, to have the design group develop other ideas for the atrium in the Children's Museum of Virginia, and was adopted by a vote of 6-1 (Clemons). 2.
