Naupin, ~he Treasurer was authorized to pay same, out of funds on hand <br />from collection of Dog Taxes. <br /> A petition was read from ~. A. Gs~rty and other property owners resident on Armstroug <br /> street, asking that Council provide hard surface on Armstrong street, between Ann and Spratley. <br /> On motion of ~r. ~aupin, the petitio~ w~s ref~erred to the City Nan~ger. <br /> On motion of Dr. Dunford, the privilege of the floor was granted to ~essrs~ ~cott <br />who explained the Scott B~dgetary Control and ~achine Accounting System. <br /> ~r~ ~ayo moved that the gentlemen be thanked fo~ their information. <br /> The motion was adopted. <br /> <br />& Ohildres$, <br /> <br />On motion, adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
