I find that Bessie Baldwin before <br />her marriage was Bessie BroWn an~ that she.bough~.lots, lS8 and 189 as Bessie Brown, and.later <br />bought lot 190'as Bessie 'Baldwin, In 1925 she built a house on the land and was assessed by <br />both the Assessors a~d'the 0ommissioner of the Revenue, one placing a value of $1400 on the <br />~ilding and the other a value of $65~.
