A. <br />Wilson be refunded$~' on-personal property taxes .for 1~2~, I find that Mrs. ~ilson was <br />assessed with household furniture at avalueof $?0, whichthe Oommissioner of the Revenue <br />certified to the Oity Oollector wa~ in error. It seems that M_rs. Wilson boards with her <br />mother and has no furniture. Mrs. Wilson paid the taxes along with the taxes on an aSjtomo- <br />bile amd she is now seeking to recover the same.
