<br />bald Ogg, W. R. Hutchins, and Arthur Mayo, a~uncilmen for four years beginning September 1,

<br /> The Olerk called for nominations for Temporar~ Ohairman.
<br />
<br /> On motion cfr=fr. Brooks, ~r. Ogg was elected as Temporary 0hairman.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Ogg, upon assuming the Ohair, called for nominations for President of the Oounoil
<br /> for the term of two years beginning September l, 1930.
<br /> ~Mr. Mayo nominated Mr. Ogg, but Mr. Ogg declined ~he nomination.
<br /> Mr. S~ewart nominated Mr. Brooks.
<br /> Vote being t~ken on M.~.~B~ooks' nomination, he was elected, and by the following votes
