November 13, 1995 281 ~ At a Called Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, November 13, 19951 there were present: Mayor Gloria O. Webb, *Vice Mayor Johnny M. Clemons, *Bernard D. Griffin, Sr., Ja~es C. Hawks, James T. Martin, cameron C. Pitts, *P. Ward Robinett, Jr., Ronald W. Massie, Acting City Manager, G. Timothy Oksman, City Attorney. 95-487 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be heid in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 9:30 a.m., Monday, November 13, 1995, for the purpose of an Executive SessiOn. By order of the Mayor.". Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to go into Executive.Session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia for the following: (1) Discussion or consideration of the condition, acquisition or use of real property by subsection (A) (3)o The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Martin, pursuant to iSection 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying that to thei best of the.Council member's knowledge during the immediately preceding Executive Session of the City Council: i (1) Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Informatio~ Acti, and ~ (2) Only such public business matters as were identified in ithe motion by which the Executive Session was convened, were heard, discussed or considered in the meeting by the City CoUncil.
