<br />1932 have been sold. All of t~ese bonds that were sold since October 1st, ex-
<br />which were sold on October 1st, were sold on a 5% basis.~

<br />our Debt Service charg.es for the we.ar will be $24,000. more than was appropriated in the bud-
<br />get. This excess expenditure of 824,000. over the budget is due to no provision being made
<br />in this year's budget for the retirement of $1~,000. of serial bonds from the issue of-bonds
<br />amounting to $350,000. dated December 1st, 1931, and the bond interest of $11,400. on the
<br />bonds sold from the issue of $350,000. dated December 1st, 1931, and the issue of $~0,000.

<br /> 6th 'Attached herewith bill of ~s. Elizabeth Skutt dated Nove~oer 30th, 1932,
<br />amount $91.50, for board for Mary, Edward and Dorothy Kiser~ for the months of October and
<br />November, 1932. As the Oity has been paying board for these children for some time I recom-
<br />mend payment of this bill.
<br /> The budget appropriation for Probation is exhausted. Therefore, an addi-
<br />tional appropriation will be required if this bill is paid. Judge Cuthriell is still hand~
<br />ling toward making a more suitable disposition of these children.'
