Brooks, Leslie T. Fox, W.R. Hutehins, Arthur Mayo, S.B. Eoore, J.Alden <br />Oast, Archibald Ogg, CityNanager. <br /> <br />Meeting called with unanimous consent of entire, membership of Oity Council. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Ogg, the following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />"Whereas, there appears to be a number of erroneous a~d double as- <br />sessments for taxes for ysars prior to 1929 charged to the Oity <br />Oolleotor's office, the City Manager and the City Attorney are <br />hereby authoriz6d to make such fair adjustment of these taxes as <br />they deem advisable." <br /> <br />and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Brooks, Fox, Hutchins, 2~ayo, Moore, 0ast, .0gg.. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br /> Notion of Mr. Hutchins that this Oouncil endorse .Mr.. J~sse M. Overton to the <br />Governor for sppointment to the vacancy in the State Port Authority, occasioned by the resig- <br />nation of Mr. J.
