JanUary 22, 1996 At a Called Meeting of the City CoUncil held On MOnday, January 22, 1996, there were present: Mayor Gloria O. Webb, Vice Mayor Johnny M. Clemons, Bernard D. Griffin, Sr., James C. Hawks, J~unes T. Martin, Cameron C. Pitts, *P. Ward Robinett, Jr., Ronald W. Massie, City Manager, G. Timothy Oksman, City Attorney. 96-18 - The following call for the meeting was read: ',Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 22, 1996, for the purpose of a Public Work Session. In dd~tlon, you may consider a motion to go into an ExecUtive Session. By order of the Mayor." 96-19 - The following items were discussed in the Public Work Session: 1. COmmission of Architectural Review Appeal 264 Webster Avenue Motion by Mr. Clemons, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to allow the applicant to install dutchlap style vinyl siding on the structure and to cover the trim at 264 Webster Avenue, and was defeated by a vote of 4-2-1 (Hawks, Martin, Robinett, Webb - against; Roblnett abstained due to late arrival). Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to concur with the recommendation of the Commission of Architectural Review to deny the installation of dutchlap style vinyl on the structure and the covering of trim at 264 Webster Avenue, and was adopted by a vote of 4-2-1 (Clemons, Griffin - against; Robinett abstained due to late arrival). 2.
