Mutohi~s placed in nomination for temporary chairman, Mr. Hugh F. <br />There being no other nominations, Mr. Parrish was declared elected. <br />The Chairman called for nominations for President of the 0ouncil. <br />Mr. J.R~ Stewart nominated Mr. Vernon A.
