At an adjourned reg~tar meeting of the City Council, held February 26th, 1936 <br />at 8:00 P.M., there were present: <br /> <br />Leslie T. Fox, J. T. Hsnvey, W. R, Hutchins, S.B. Moore, J. Stewart, in the C~hair, <br /> <br />The following ordinance, continued on table until, this meeting, was tsken up <br /> <br />and read: <br /> <br />· ~ ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE REVENUE OF 1936, AND TO <br />PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A NOTE OR NOTES THEREFOR." <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. W.R.
