Brinson, City Clerk & Auditor, as of-~ebru- <br />ary 18th, 1937, a~d according to the. report of the <br />City Clerk and Auditor, were found correct, as shown <br />by the books of the City~ a~ud <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that it is the duty of <br />the City Council to have examined yearly~the list. of <br />uncollected taxes, and to credit the Collector such <br />taxes, as in their opinion, could not havebeen col <br />looted with due diligence; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that A.E. Parker, City <br />Collector, should be credited with all taxes levied <br />in 1936~ remaining uncollected on the 18th day of <br />February, 1937, the amounz of which is shown in said <br />report of L~C.
