Draper, Jr., at ~20-6th ~ve. of the City <br />of Portsmouth, discussed with me the injuries of his son while attending the ~ommencement <br />exercises at the High School in June, 1937~ The extent of his i~_juries were a mashed fin - <br />get of his right_.hand. ~The finger was so ~erribly crushed that time doctor b~s advised the <br />~mputation of the first <br /> The accident occurred by~ virtue of the young ma~ setting on an improvised <br />bench in the rear o~ the High School Auditorium, and by some negligence in placing the con- <br />crete p~llows on ~$~ich a pl~ukhad been suspended. The same furze& over and the concrete <br />fell on his finger. <br /> The total amount of e~enses that ~r. Draper was-put to for treating his <br />boy's finger was $47.00, $~2~00 of which is doctor bills and $5-0G for ex-ray. <br /> I would ~opreciate it if you would consider payimg Er.
