DeWitt to be appointed to fill a three year term <br />effective May 1, 1996 and ending April 30, 1999, replacing <br />Kirk Berkeley. <br /> <br />Craney Island Study Commission <br /> <br />Douglas L. Smith to be appointed to fill a term ending June <br />30, 1999, replacing Dr. John Hollowell. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> <br />Patricia A.
