Fox that the Manager be given authority to handle said matter, <br /> <br /> 2nd - ~At the last meeting of the Council, a resolution was passed that the <br />question of bill boazus be left to the City Manager and the councilman from each ~rd. <br /> ~dison, HarzC~son, Lee and Nonroe ~ards have decided against bill <br />boards. Jackson, Jefferson, Ear~ha~_l and Washington ~ards a~e against bil~ boa~ds in resi <br />dential sections." - - <br /> <br />On motion ,dered filed~ <br /> <br />8chool.~ <br /> <br />3rd - The Manager presented the following letter from ~Our Lady of Victory; <br /> <br /> "Recently, the pupils of Our Lady of Victory gave an- emtertair~ent in <br />the City Audito~i-cz~.
