<br /> sion t~t satisfsotory proof showing that it ~s theretofore taken all procee~ngs necessa~
<br /> mud performed all acts necessary to enable it to const~et, finance and operate such p~posed
<br /> separate sewage disposal system. ~ The one year referred to in the foregoing quotation ends ~n

<br /> In accordance with the a'~ve acts, any allotment of funds from the Fed-
<br /> eral grant of $2,500,000.00 t~t may be available priorto ~ ~ 24th, 1942, will be used for
<br /> the entire District, including that part of w~ch you are t~governing body. However, should
<br /> final withdrawai take place, none of these funds will be availsDle for your community after
<br /> March 24th~ 19~2. TP~s is because the Co~uission can not disburse thes~ f~nds except for use~
<br /> the District.
