We hope the City Council will see to it that the injury, inconvenisnce and loss to us as property owners will not materialize as the result of 'any act on the part of any project, person or persons seeking to condemn and convert our property in and for other purposes, leaving us without means sufficient to duplicate equal value. The citizens and property owners in the area in question, have never had an oppor~nity to speak i n their own behalf; it has always been some self-constituted person or group untuthorized who have gone forWard and misrepresented the people who live within the Area.
