<br />25% of $61y,0OO. This is a ?0% grant of $556,500. We can sewer everything in the City with
<br />this amount.
<br /> We should have authority to hire engineers for getting out the plans, pro
<br />files and speeifications as we have not the people to do it. It is a tremendous amount of
<br />work - the details the Government will require for sewers.
