<br /> of Portsmguth, ~irginia, that a resolution be adopted eom
<br /> mending~the Scoutmasters, Cubmasters and oommissioners of
<br /> the Boy Scou~s in Portsmouth, and that a copy of this reso-
<br /> lution be forwarded these Scout Officials in the City of
<br /> Portsmouth."

<br />On motion o f Mr. Hall, said resolution was adopted.

<br />stadium for professional baseball on the same terms as heretofore and his motion to appoint
<br />a committee to study the question, was adopted, and the Chair appointed Messrs. Wilson, Howard
<br />and Hutohins, on said Oommittee.
