<br />Btates on January l~, 1943, by condemnation proceedings, 9.13 acres of land which should have
<br />been relieved from a part of the taxes charged for 19~3 and wlmich should not have been asses-
<br />sed for 194~o
<br /> Messrs. George F. Seiberling, J. Thomas Schantz, Noland P.Benner,
<br />Joseoh S. Young. and Willism B. Butz, Trustees under the will of Harry C. Trezler, should be
<br />refunded $2o.3~ on the 1943 taxes, and ~5[.50 on the 1~,4 taxes. M~. A. E. Parker, City Col

<br />the Manager ask the WoP.A. for a project to fill in the Creek, was adopted.

<br /> Mr. Hall called attention ~o the lack of action on Gander Creek Project
<br />and moved that a committee be appointed ~o take the matter up with the Government to try ~o
<br />help the matter along~ which motion ~as adopted.

<br /> Mr. Fox complained of-the awful noise made by the Commur~i~ buses and
<br />stated if ccnditions do not impreve, he was going ~o advocate a change of route.
