Owens, City Manager. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hutchins to g? into au executive session was adopted. <br />T~e Manager presented the following ordinance: <br /> <br />was <br /> <br /> "ANORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RENTAL CHARGES FOR THE PORTSMOUTH STADIUI~" <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hutchins to place said ordinance on its first reading, <br />adopted and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Fox, Grimes, Howard, Hutchins, Sturtevant, Warren, Wilson <br /> <br />Nays: Weiseman $ <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence not Toting. <br /> <br /> Motion o f t4r.
