Owens, City Mansger. <br /> <br />The following call for the meeting WaS read: <br /> <br />"You are requested zo attend a called meeting of theCity Council, <br />in the Council Chs~mber, aZ ~:30 on Tuesday evening, June 5th, <br />with reference to a tunnel between Norfolk and Portsmouth <br /> By Order of the President." <br /> <br /> Dr. Vernon A.
