We feel as you do, that ~me City could furnish power much cheaper that we now get it under private o~ership. ~r members who reside in Norfolk Co~uuty would also like to see this service extended to county residents when it is assured for the City. ~ou may use this letter in anyway ~mat v~ll help this project aloe.
