I am a veterm~n of ~orld %¥sm I and receive a disability pension for epileptic seizures. When smrested~ I was fined $50. and cost which totaled $5~. I am requesting you sesmch your records concel~ning this smrest and see to it that the money I paid the City fern this false a~rest be refunded to me.
