J. Ecken~ode, who is director of the Division o f History and <br />A~cheotogy of the State Conservation ~ommission, is respectful~ly re~esting the Comncil~s per~ <br />mission to place appropriate ma~kers in the City of Portsmouth, of historical events. <br /> i can not recommend too highly to the Council that this au - <br />thority be granted. The places to be ma~ked are as follows: <br /> 1. Corne~ of High ane Mid~te Sts., whtchwas the headquarters <br /> of Benedict Arnol~ <br /> 2.
