<br />Davenport, Hall Shellings, Frsm~ E. Nantz, a nd A~thur S. 0wens~ City N~ger, spoke in f avo~
<br />of an Indnstrial Fztud to be established in the City, of $250,000., and asked that the City
<br />contribute $2~,000. to said fund~
