Stu~tevant, the privilege of the floor was-granted to a <br />committee of the Chamber of Commerce. B. B. Ferguson, F~ankD. Lawrence, Isaac Blumberg~C.N. <br />Davenport, Hall Shellings, Frsm~ E.
