I recommend its adoption.~ <br /> <br />Resolution - <br /> <br />WBE iT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />that tlme Federal Works Agency b e and it is hereby requested to pay <br />to the City o~ Portsmouth, Virginia~ the balauce of the grsmt x~nds <br />amounting to $59,228.00, retained by the said Agency under Docket <br />No. VA 44-141 Sewerage Facilities~ and 'that the City of Portsmouth <br />hereby sets forth the followir~: <br /> (A) That the City smd Yeomans Brothe~s, Dravo Corporation end <br /> A.G.
