<br />Legislat-ome to ~end the City Charter to allow the same.

<br />Truxton so as to complete the development of this a rea. The new construction is located on
<br />both~sides of Bagley Street.
<br /> inasmuch as these h~uses will be comDleted shortly, we are ~iting to
<br />request the installation by the City of the sewer line to serve these houses.
<br /> ~e have gone over the matter with the City Engineer, ~. Bergeron, and
<br />it has been estimated that ~000 fee~ of sewer at a cost of $$T~0~00 will be required~
<br /> ~nere will also be required ~00 feet of pavement, the length of Bagley
<br />Street, with connections to Dal? Street and West Armstead Drive, at au estimated cost of
<br />$8~8.00. The total authorizatzon required will b e therefore $1B,~8.00.
