<br />Motion of Mr. Wilson to concu~ in the Manager's recommendation, was adopted

<br />entered into a contract with.the Virginia Smelting ~ompany in which it agreed to pay to the
<br />Virginia Smel~ing Company the sum of T_hirty-th~ee Hundred amd ttii~y~three Dollars and thirty-
<br />three cents ($3~33.33) at the end af each yearly perzo$, p~ov~ded.~.e Vzrg~n~a ~eltzng Compan

<br />Virginia Smelting Company to advance $591.00 additi3nal. The ~ater line was placed in opera-
<br />~ion in,M~y, 1947, and for the first one year period ending ~hae 1st, 1948, the Virginia Smelt-
<br />ing Company paid the City the stm.~ of $9,815.79, and from June l, 1~$ to February l, 19~9, it
<br />has paid the sum of $5,414.32.
<br /> I suggest that the additional sum of $591.00 be pro-rated over
<br />the s~me peri~d, and I therefore request ~u aopropriation of. $6,939.~76 out of the ~ater funds,
<br />out of which $3,!64.88 is to be paid at this ~ime and $3,46~.88 on June 1st, 1949o~
