Floyd A. Sykes, Humane Officer of the City of Portsmouth Humane Society, a ndf ~ned $50.00 <br />and costs, which fine was duly paid by Eyrick. Under Section 456~ of the Code of Virginia, the <br />Portsmouth Humane Society is entitled to receive one half of the fines collectedLu these pros- <br />ecuted cases.
