That the Zoning Ordinance be amended to allow radio studios <br /> and towers in multiple-f~mily dwelling distrtcts~ Class E, <br /> with the following restriction - that the distance of the <br /> radio tower base from the nearest oresent building sha~l <br /> not be less than the height of the-tower plus I$% of the <br /> height of the tower. <br />~.
