<br /> c~ur~s of the City having jurisdiction, cr to the judge thereof in vacation,
<br /> a duly certified copy of the ordinance providing for the issuance of the
<br /> $1,750,O00.00 of Sanitation Bonds, and to take such steps aS may Be neces- ·
<br /> sary and prope~ to cause to be submitted to the qualified voters of the
