<br />lease the property for $1200.00 per year, with the provision that atten year intervals, the City would have the
<br />right to ask for arbitration as to whether the rental then being paid is in keeping with a reasonable return on
<br />the property~ and if this is not satisfactory with the Tunnel Commission that A.J. Phillips be appointed to arbi-
<br />trate for the City.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Biliso!y to place an appropriation of $25,000.00 from the Bond Fund, on
<br />its first reading, was adopted.
<br /> llth - "I have been requested by the Department of Highways to submit for your consider4
<br />ation the question 5f selecting Highway Route 337 from its intersection with Route 58 to its intersection with
<br />Elm Avenue (Route 17) for a Federal-State-City participation project.
