This is in ac- <br /> <br /> The following motion of Mr. Howard was adopted: That the City Manager be authorized tc <br />lease the property for $1200.00 per year, with the provision that atten year intervals, the City would have the <br />right to ask for arbitration as to whether the rental then being paid is in keeping with a reasonable return on <br />the property~ and if this is not satisfactory with the Tunnel Commission that A.J.
