<br />recommend that their request be approved.
<br /> You also referred to me a petition signed by the residents of the 4600 block
<br />of High Street with reference to the drainage at this point. I recommend that one block of High Street be sur-
<br />face-treated and in doing so, the drainage will be improved so far us it is possible considering the topography
<br />of the land.-
