Hawks, C. C. Houghton,rJr., James N. Howard, <br />R. Irvine Smith, E. R. Sturtevant, C. E. ~arren, Pearle J. Wilson, I.G.Vass, City <br />Msnager, and R. C. Barclay, City Attorney. <br /> <br />The following report from the City ~anager was read: <br /> <br /> "I recommend that the City lease a port&on of the building on the~ southeast corner of <br />London and Effingham Sts., from C. E. Purdy, at '$250.00 per month, for the use of the Social Service Bureau.
