Motion by Mr. Martin, and seconded by Mr. Robinett, to transfer $200,000 to pay for juvenile group home and detention home expenses, and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Benn, Clemons, Griffin, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Holley Nays: None 97 - 113 - Adoption of a motion to transfer $16,339 from the Grants Contingency AcCount to purchase computer hardware and related equipment and to supplement the current grant for the Community Corrections Program. Purpose and Need: · The Community Corrections program provides comprehensive corrections services to the courts for local offenders. · The Department of Criminal Justice Services has made available these additional funds to augment current operations. Financial Impact: · This is a supplement to the current FY 97 CCCA grant and will increase the total program budget from $142,481 to $158,820. · There is no local match required.
