In reply, I have been assured that3the proposed public hearing ~ill be held. I believe <br />the adoption of the proposal of the Norfolk Chamber o~ Commerce, if~adopted, will result ~n great harm to the <br />people of Portsmouth and should like to give your honorable body my reasons for my belief." <br /> <br /> On motion filed. <br /> <br /> Motion~of.~lr.
