<br />mechanical joint water main as set out in contra6t, and I recommend that the proper City official be authorized

<br />rized and empowered to keep same in such place so designated by the City Manager until all ffnes ~and charges as-
<br />sessed against the owner 'and the car, for storage', have been paid or satisfactory bond arranged.
<br /> Section ~30-89 of the said Code provides as follows: 'In the event that any
<br />vehicle mmpounded pursuant to the preceding section shall not be called for or redeemed within a period of thirty
